Open vacancy E-call Agent (F/M) Home work (50 agents) and Office work (50 agents)

We are looking for 100 e-call agents for our new branch. As an e-call agent, it is your responsibility to answer calls from customers and speak to them. We are an omnichannel contact center, which means that you can be deployed on any channel/platform to communicate with customers via video call, call and chat (mobile and PC/laptop).

Requirements
-You are older than 21 years of age.
-You have a valid proof of identity.
-You are available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

For working from home you need to have the following:
-A valid passport
-A well-functioning PC/Laptop with a stable internet connection.

We provide:
